more on LDC's Seminar piccies

here's a follow up of yesterdays posting. +on my first day at The Company, i cant say nothing much. Its too early to tell as i'm merely a week old there! nonetheless The Colleagues are not bad, albeit I was disappointed to find more young designers instead of seniors.

well without further ado, here's introducing Mighty Jourdan! smiles, Laughter and fun in this lil boy! do not underestimate his size! he's got enough under his cheeky smile to bring the rainbow out of the gloomy skies! :) :D

Endless Waiting...

well, its finally August!i haven't posted anything here for ages now as there's still a bunch'a unedited photographs from prev. vacations/excursions.

(not to mention i still owe Ming some pics from previous vacation trip we went during June!) *chews nails*

its about 2 weeks from now till we'll see more postings here! i have been stuck since Bali'06, *gasp* so much for procastinating!!!!!

in short, this year's been a slow torturous rollercoaster ride for me, you feel like u wanna sit back and enjoy the ride, but u wait endlessly for the sudden jerk of a turn, or the big dip upfront, the triple loop u'll like so much to scream ur necks off for it.

then i thought, hell like i'll wait.. i'll catch another rollercoaster!

look forward to see Borobudur by this months' end and a brand new beginning afterward! the pilgrimage should bring a good start if not a very promising one.

its my 2nd week of work in The Company to count today!!
i feel like i couldnt handle the traumas of working life yesterday that i told my mum my tastebuds are too tired they couldnt taste any of the d-Licious dinner she cooked.

i wanna wear off my bones off my back and beat them hard so it would pain so much, that it numbs the soreness i was feeling.... (such exagggeration!)

then Mum said, " Must ask Dad to get u a Massage Chair edi........"

woots!!!

i thought in commercials, it was the children who got their parents massagechairs instead~

i was like... *blimey* =S "......"


here are the overdue-d Penang pics( and its Day 3 out of 4day vacation) that i promised, i dont feel much like posting them, since they were so long ago, and i cant think of anything to write about either, it was ancient!

but i'll postie anyway, cos its been in the drafts for some time now, and uploading them was time-consuming so it will just be silly to hit the DEL button on the keyboard ( though in the back of my lazy mind, i AM tempted!!)lol

the Great Mountain Rattan, i dont see in ANY area particularly resembling the rattan plant!! it makes a nice subject for photographing though, capturing light that bounces off its texture, shape, repetition and rich colour!

the slender green thing could have been mistaken as a vine of this creeper foliage! we were told by the restaurant owner that there are about 4-5 of these slithering freely within the garden (and sue being the slithery-scaredy-silly, took a courageous step forward to snap this piccy of the frenly green snake~!) the pic looks okay, its head was turned away,its orite.. shy u see.....*yippee i feel victorious!*

dewdrops after the evening pour! :> :> its a wonder how gravity works, doesnt it? diamante gems twinkling in the evening shine hanging on tight to the tips of needles of this fern, found in my very own garden.

Beauty sometimes exist right under ur nose, and thankfully peeking through the camera lense, i am able to appreciate, savour and be awed by all the big lil things. the lil things seen in the *big* context. the lil things that makes me smIle :) :) :)

Late Updates

this is a post i have long typed out but never got the time to post online :> my sis rescued a poor butterfly that fell into one of the lilypots that day. brought it into the house for the poor dainty creature to dry its wings, while i happily fish out my camera to take a few snaps. (yes poor traumatize flutterby, i cant resist!)

been busy lately wit preparation for interviews, and degree show ( the past 2 weeks, yes i am ancient) and more interviews! and came back from penang with coursemates just last week . will update that soon once i complete my freelance assignment! *arghh* begins to see the signs of stressing out as i have been drinking cup after cup of my favourite jasmine roundie i got few days back! ! !

till then! see ya! :) *cross my fingers* The Company hasnt called me yet! :( :S

Laman 2006 :: Malaysia's International Garden and Landscape Festival 2006, @ Perdana Lake Gardens

i was at the Malaysia's International Garden and Landscape Festival 2006 *clicky for more info* which was held at the Perdana Lake Gardens from 6 - 16th of July 2006. there was a huge turNup at the Gardens this afternoon, couldnt find a parking bay till 20mins later.

i came equipPed with my Canon s3 IS, ready to shoot any pretty bloom that will daintily tilt its head to beckon and flash me its vibrant smile :P i saw a spidey looking oRchid, its cream body in contrast to speckled purple markings on its thin arachnidic legs, i thought it looked pretty pretty :)

At the Floral Enclave

one of my fav entries, by a florist in KL : a thematic floral display/arrangement wit a very *Purplish Dream feeling in it

we got through just almost half of the entire park, and only to half of the exhibits. the heat is certainly getting to us, and the crowd coming by the troves in our opposite direction.

we certainly had a good time if not a great one, watching the flowers certainly lit my day :) so much more than i havent seen. will pay them a visit in Laman2007 hopefully, and this time i will come equipped wit sunblock too! :D :D
