Papayas Vs. Bananas

i do not noe whats up with my mum and her choice of groceries.
she's been making us makaning the papayas that she'd gotten from market
i reckon its the season of papayas, or otherwise why Monday to Sunday oso papaya eh.

u noe something about papaya ( and i mean our local fruit la okay )
there are generally TWO types which i had personally categorise them in
the first is sweet, smooth in texture and doesnt have a mushy feel to it.

the second is ALSO sweet, very slimy in texture, feels like its clumpy yet mushy (and i mean, like over-riped or sth) like probably Bruised when the fruit grows mature and is too heavy therefore dropped with plop on the ground. like squashed. baby ga ga food.

the special * feature about this type of papaya is, it has a certain *aroma* about it. like a bad aura or sth. maybe bad luck becos it has fallen hard from the tree and bruised and mushed itself on its sides. like. poor papa-yahahahaha

the *aroma* is close to what smells like ..er.. chicken droppings
i dont mean to indicate i hAVE had chicken dropping to close proximity to my nose or mouth to identify the *aroma* but i have onced uponed a timed visited this grandaunt who has coops in her backyard frequently enough to noe what chicken poop smells like.

i used to hold my breath all the whole way till i enter the house becos the smell is just too unbearable. i used to be a fairly sick looking kid with swollen purple balloon as my face, then when the visits gets lesser, the purple tint toned to a crimson tone (thats my recent complexion colour). that probably explains why i am so crazed about getting aubergine-coloured hair then. its nostalgic.. ahh. lol

well back to the topic about papayas!

i was up in the study in front of pc after dinner when mum yelled for me to come down to have fruits . i turn a green tinge when my bro told me its papaya!

i mean

aiyo! that stench wei

i cannot stand it!!!

in the end oso have to eat it up. cos mum is so pissed she possibly had to *invite me to have fruits downstairs and called again and again to comfirm rsvp i had to scramble down rite away or i will suffer some papaya consequences.

swallowed the chunks on swift gulps down my throat so it wouldnt be in my mouth long enough to send whifts and wafts of *aroma* up the nasal and down my throat.

i would have gagged and puke rite away if i let my imagination doodled some imaginary chic poop image. euwyucksies.

i prefer banana at all times. the form is simple yet interesting and it has no funny foul smell. good to eat, high in potassium, great snack for anytime-of-day-comsumption, great for ur brains, aids in digestion..

i promised myself, i WILL NOT HAVE the 2nd-category PAPAYA anymore!!!!!!
and pls people, don grow papaya tree near the chickens' homes.
